Sarah Furness - Practise Scared; How Elite Teams Fly in Formation “Under Fire.”

War veterans are NOT naturally cool under fire. People are NOT born with 007-esque levels of stoicism. Not even Sean Connery (God rest his mighty soul.) It’s a learned behaviour. And you can learn it too.

In this session Sarah will share her favourites stories from the frontline translated into simple practical takeaways that will help you to make good decisions under pressure, harness technology rather than become hostage to it, work effectively as a team under pressure and bounce back from setbacks stronger and better together.
