All registrations are subject to review. Parking Network reserves the right to accept, refuse or cancel registrations if they do not meet the applicable eligibility criteria.
Registration via the APNE event website (https://apne.parkingevent.com) is intended for airport parking representatives;
Solution and service providers are not permitted to register through the standard participant registration form. Solution and service providers wishing to participate in the APNE event should contact Parking Network via the contact form to request further information or a participation offer.
If a registration or participation request is determined to be ineligible, it may be declined or cancelled without any liability on the part of Parking Network for any associated costs incurred by the applicant or registrant.
Once a registration has been approved or accepted by Parking Network, the participant is obliged to pay the applicable registration fee in full.
Payment must be received and credited to our account no later than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled start of the event (“Payment Deadline”).
Access to the APNE event and the event venue will only be granted to participants whose applicable registration fee has been received in full before the Payment Deadline. If payment has not been received in full before the Payment Deadline, Parking Network may refuse access to the event and/or the event venue. Refusal of access due to non-payment does not release the participant from the obligation to pay the applicable registration fee.
Failure to attend the event, whether in whole or in part, does not release the participant from the obligation to pay the applicable registration fee.
Any amount shown or charged during the online checkout process that differs from the correct Listing Price is non-binding. We reserve the right to:
If an overcharge occurs, we will refund the excess amount to the original payment method within thirty (30) business days of identifying the error.
Any correction of pricing errors, surcharge adjustments or refusal of access due to non-payment or underpayment does not waive any other rights or remedies available to Parking Network.
Admission to the APNE event is taxed in accordance with the VAT rules applicable in the country where the event physically takes place.
Because this edition takes place in the United Kingdom, registration fees for participation in the event may be subject to UK VAT, regardless of where the participant or their organisation is established.
Where applicable, VAT will be charged on invoices issued by Parking Network B.V. in accordance with the applicable VAT rules.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate billing information, including a valid VAT identification number where applicable, during the registration process.
If an invoice is issued with incorrect VAT due to a technical or administrative error, it will be corrected and reissued. Any outstanding VAT must be settled within five (5) business days.
Once a registration has been approved or accepted by Parking Network, the registration is binding and the participant is obliged to pay the applicable registration fee in full. After approval or acceptance, the registration cannot be cancelled by the participant and no refund can be claimed, except where required under applicable law or if the organiser cancels the APNE event. In such a case, liability is limited to reimbursement of the fees actually paid.
Failure to attend the event, whether in whole or in part, does not entitle the participant to any refund or release the participant from the obligation to pay the applicable registration fee.
By submitting a registration request or completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this Refund / Cancellations Policy.
Substitutions of participants are permitted prior to the start of the APNE event, subject to approval by Parking Network. The requesting party is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information to Parking Network and for handling any associated financial obligations.
Sharing, transferring or reusing participant badges or credentials is not permitted.
The registration fee includes accommodation for two nights at the host venue, with breakfast provided each morning.
For those requiring additional nights, please contact us with the contact form or specify your request in the remarks section during registration. Additional nights will be arranged through Parking Network and invoiced accordingly.
Personal and organisational information provided during the registration process will be handled with care and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Parking Network processes this information for the purpose of administering registrations for the APNE event, facilitating communication and delivering related event services.
Where necessary, data may be shared with carefully selected third parties involved in the delivery of the event, such as venue or accommodation providers, solely for these purposes and subject to appropriate safeguards.

During the APNE event, photography, audio and video recordings may take place for documentation and promotional purposes.
By participating in the event, you acknowledge that such recordings may include your image, voice or contributions. Parking Network may use this material for communication and promotional activities, including publications, social media and marketing materials.
Where required under applicable law, processing is based on legitimate interest or consent. Participants who prefer not to be recorded or featured may notify Parking Network in advance or on-site, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests.
The event programme, schedule, speakers, sessions, venue arrangements and other event-related details may be subject to change. Parking Network reserves the right to make adjustments where reasonably necessary due to availability, operational requirements or circumstances beyond its control.
