Airports Represented
APNE London 2026 offers solution and service providers a focused opportunity to connect with airport parking, mobility and ground access professionals from around the world.
Unlike a traditional trade show, APNE is built around high-quality conversations, interactive workshops, curated networking and practical knowledge exchange. Participating companies do not simply exhibit, they become part of a dedicated airport parking environment where airports and solution providers discuss real challenges, new ideas and future opportunities.

Position your company as a committed partner to the airport parking industry
APNE is not built around exhibition booths or product displays. The event is designed to create meaningful interaction between airports and solution providers.
Participating companies receive a dedicated networking table, which serves as a clear meeting point for conversations during breaks, lunches and networking moments. Companies can also apply for workshop or speaker opportunities, depending on availability and package level.
The strongest participation comes from companies that bring knowledge, case studies, market insight and practical solutions, not just a sales pitch.
APNE is relevant for companies active in airport parking, mobility, ground access and related technologies, including:
As a participating company, you can expect a focused, high-quality environment where conversations are easier, more relevant and more valuable than at a traditional exhibition.
APNE gives your team the opportunity to meet airport professionals, understand their priorities, share your expertise and explore potential partnerships in a setting designed specifically for the airport parking industry.
Participating company packages are limited and are not available through public online registration.
Please contact Parking Network to discuss the available participation packages, networking table options, workshop opportunities, speaker slots and sponsorship possibilities for APNE London 2026.

Yes. Accommodation for two nights is included in the standard participating company package, unless agreed otherwise in your specific participation package.
Each participating company receives a dedicated networking table in the central networking area. The table serves as a fixed meeting point throughout the event and can be used for scheduled meetings, informal conversations and follow-up discussions during networking moments.
APNE is not a product exhibition, so traditional demo booths are not part of the format. Participating companies can use their dedicated networking table as a meeting point and may use laptops, tablets, brochures or compact materials to support relevant conversations.
The Exclusive Networking Dinner is an evening networking event designed to create a relaxed and high-quality setting for meaningful conversations between airports, solution providers and industry professionals. The dinner location is revealed to attendees during the event.
Accommodation is arranged in the same hotel where the event takes place, unless communicated otherwise by Parking Network. This allows participants to stay close to the event programme, networking activities and evening functions.
We recommend business casual or business formal attire throughout the event.
Workshop rooms are equipped with standard presentation facilities, such as a screen or projector and HDMI connection. Please bring your own laptop and any required adapters, especially if you use an Apple device or non-standard connection. If you have specific technical requirements, please inform Parking Network in advance.
A dedicated Parking Network team will be on-site to assist with any logistical or technical needs.
On Wednesday, simply head to the discussion area and check if there's space available to join the conversation. It's a great opportunity to engage with peers and share insights on airport parking.
Yes, workshop and speaker opportunities are available in limited numbers. Workshops and speaker sessions should focus on practical insights, case studies, innovation, market knowledge or real airport parking challenges. Availability depends on the selected participation package and programme planning.
You will meet airport representatives, parking managers, commercial leaders, mobility and ground access professionals, industry experts and selected solution providers from the international airport parking community. APNE creates a focused environment where participating companies can connect with relevant airport decision-makers and industry professionals who are actively involved in airport parking, mobility and ground access. In addition to these demand-side professionals, we are also inviting key supply-side industry players, including:
Participating company packages are available on request. Packages may include event access, accommodation, a dedicated networking table, networking opportunities and additional visibility options. Workshop sessions, speaker slots and sponsorship opportunities may be available depending on the selected package. Please contact Parking Network to discuss available packages, pricing and availability.
Each participating company is provided with a dedicated networking table in the event’s central Networking Hall. Unlike unstructured trade show interactions, these tables serve as clear meeting points for meaningful conversations. Networking opportunities take place throughout the event, including during coffee breaks, lunch, and the exclusive networking dinner.
To get the most out of APNE, we recommend:
Participating companies are not allowed to bring banners or large exhibition displays as part of the standard APNE format.
A workshop is designed to be interactive. It should encourage discussion, questions, practical learning and knowledge exchange with a focused group of attendees. A speaker slot is more suitable for a structured presentation, case study or industry insight delivered to a broader audience. Both formats should provide value to the airport parking community and should not be purely sales-driven.
The event starts on Wednesday, 18 November 2026. Participating companies should arrive in time to prepare their networking table before the official programme begins. The event concludes on Friday, 20 November 2026. The final programme schedule will be shared with registered participants before the event.
Yes. Wi-Fi will be available at the venue for event participants.
All prices are excluding VAT. As APNE 2026 takes place in the United Kingdom, UK VAT will be charged where applicable.
Some discussions are reserved for airport representatives only, to allow airport professionals to exchange experiences with their peers. Other sessions may be open to all event participants, including participating companies. Access depends on the final programme and session format.
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the venue. Parking Network does not organize individual airport transfers or participant transport unless specifically communicated as part of the official programme.
The event will be held at the Hilton Metropole London. Both the event and the accommodation are located at the same venue, making it easy and convenient for attendees to access all event activities in one place.
