Parking Network is proud to announce the winners of the second edition of the Airport Parking Network Awards 2025, unveiled during an exclusive dinner at the 16th Airport Parking Network Programme in Amsterdam. These awards recognize outstanding achievement in airport parking across three key categories: Innovation in Airport Parking, Best Customer Experience, and Sustainability Leadership in Parking.

The winners are:

  • Innovation in Airport Parking: Manchester Airports Group (MAG) in partnership with BookFlowGo

The partnership between Manchester Airport Group (MAG) and BookFlowGo exemplifies strategic collaboration in digital transformation. Together, the teams successfully migrated MAG’s Meet & Greet valet parking operations at Manchester, London Stansted and East Midlands airports to a robust cloud-based platform, modernising the vehicle check-in, allocation, tracking and return processes with zero operational downtime.

  • Best Customer Experience: Aeroporti di Roma (ADR Mobility)

Taxi Fly, a fully digitized taxi management system operating at Rome Fiumicino (FCO) and Ciampino (CIA) airports. This innovative platform optimizes the flow of taxi services, improves efficiency, and enhances both driver and passenger experiences through real-time data integration, automation, and a user-friendly mobile app fully integrated with our Parking Management System

  • Sustainability Leadership in Parking: Vienna International Airport (Flughafen Wien AG)

New sustainable Car Rental Center in Car Park 4 Together with Assured Austria, the service offering has now been expanded to include a central turnaround center. The new facility consolidates all services related to car rentals – from pickup and return to damage inspection and vehicle cleaning – in one location. Instead of being spread across various sites around the airport, vehicle cleaning is now also centralized. The focus was on sustainability and efficiency: the centralized cleaning process reduces CO₂ emissions by 75% annually, as transfers to external sites are no longer necessary. A modern car wash system enables the reuse of 95% of the water used, while solar power and LED lighting ensure environmentally friendly operation.

Each recipient has demonstrated outstanding contributions to the airport parking industry, setting new benchmarks in their respective categories.
