The Airport Parking Network Event (APNE) is a dedicated event for airport parking, mobility and ground access professionals. Unlike a traditional trade show, APNE is built around interactive workshops, airport-led discussions, keynote sessions, curated networking and practical knowledge exchange. The 17th edition of APNE will take place in London, United Kingdom, from 18–20 November 2026.

Yes. Airport representatives can use the Early Bird offer when registering. Use the code EARLYBIRD during registration. The Early Bird offer is available until 1 September.
Yes. Accommodation for 2 nights is included in the airport delegate registration package. Accommodation is arranged in the same hotel where the event takes place, unless communicated otherwise by Parking Network.

Yes. The exclusive networking dinner is included in the airport delegate registration package. The dinner is designed to create a relaxed, high-quality setting for meaningful conversations between airport representatives, solution providers and industry professionals.
APNE does not currently provide a formal meeting scheduling system. However, participants are encouraged to arrange meetings directly before the event. Participating companies will have dedicated networking tables that can be used as meeting points throughout the programme. All registrations are final and non-refundable. No cancellations or refunds will be permitted under any circumstances. By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a colleague by notifying our team at events@parking.net.
Yes. Airport Parking Managers’ Discussions are designed to create a focused setting for airport representatives to exchange ideas, share experiences and discuss common challenges with peers. Some discussions may be reserved for airport representatives only, while other sessions may include solution providers and wider industry participants.
The awards are open exclusively to airports. To be eligible, the applying airport must have at least one registered participant at APNE 2026.
Yes. APNE is designed for professionals working in or around airport parking, mobility and ground access. This includes airport representatives responsible for parking operations, commercial strategy, ground transport, landside operations, customer experience, innovation, digital transformation, sustainability or non-aeronautical revenue.
Airport representatives can register through the official airport registration form on the APNE website. If you are a vendor, service provider or solution provider, please do not use the airport registration form. Instead, contact Parking Network to discuss the available participation options.

The Parking Network team will be available on-site throughout the event to assist with registration, logistics, programme questions and general event support.
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the venue. Parking Network does not organize individual airport transfers or participant transport unless specifically communicated as part of the official programme.

The Airport Parking Network Awards recognise airports that are setting new standards in airport parking. The awards celebrate excellence in innovation, customer experience and sustainability within airport parking, mobility and ground access.
Airports can apply through the Awards section of the APNE website. The application must include a project description and supporting information. After submitting the application form, you will receive instructions on how to provide additional documentation. The submission deadline is 10 October 2026.
