While we do not provide a formal meeting scheduling system, we encourage participants to reach out to exhibitors and fellow attendees before the event to arrange meetings. All registrations are final and non-refundable. No cancellations or refunds will be permitted under any circumstances. By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a colleague by notifying our team at events@parking.net.

Accommodation is arranged in the same hotel where the event takes place, so you’ll be staying right at the venue for maximum convenience.

The Airport Parking Network Event is a niche industry gathering designed specifically for airport parking professionals and innovative solution providers. Through interactive workshops, attendees will gain valuable insights into enhancing the customer journey, effective data collection and utilization, parking management strategies, implementing sustainable solutions, and much more. We are excited to bring the event to Amsterdam, the Netherlands, this year, and we hope to see you there from the 10th to the 12th of November. We are thrilled to have Schiphol Group join us as the co-host of this year’s event. At the event, you can expect representation from over 350 airports across various regions of the world, including Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and many more. This diverse assembly of industry professionals offers a unique opportunity to share insights, explore global trends, and establish lasting connections within the airport parking sector.

Under Articles 53 & 54 of the EU VAT Directive, admission to in‑person events is taxed where the event physically takes place. Because this event is in The Netherlands, all registration fees are subject to Dutch VAT at 21%, regardless of where the attendee or their organization is established. EU‑established businesses (outside the Netherlands): Enter a valid EU VAT identification number during registration so it appears correctly on the invoice. Dutch VAT is still charged, but you may reclaim it later through the electronic EU VAT‑refund system (Directive 2008/9/EC). On Tuesday, the discussions are exclusively for airport representatives, providing a focused space for airport parking managers to share insights and best practices. On Wednesday, the discussions open up to all event attendees, allowing a broader exchange of ideas and collaboration across the industry.
