The applicable VAT treatment depends on the nature of the services provided and the status and location of the participating organisation, in accordance with applicable EU VAT legislation.
Where applicable, VAT will be charged on invoices issued by Parking Network B.V. in line with Dutch tax regulations.
If an invoice is issued with incorrect VAT due to technical or administrative error, it will be corrected and reissued. Any outstanding VAT must be settled within five (5) business days.
A participation becomes binding and non-refundable once the full participation fee (including any applicable surcharges) has been received and credited to our account (“Confirmed Participation”).
After this point, participation cannot be cancelled and no refund can be claimed, except where required under applicable law or if the organiser cancels the APNE programme. In such a case, liability is limited to reimbursement of the fees actually paid.
By completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this Refund / Cancellations Policy.
Substitutions of participants are permitted prior to the start of the APNE programme. The requesting party is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information to Parking Network and for handling any associated financial obligations.
